We truly want you to love your Minda’s purchase! We also know the challenges that can come from not being able to try on before you buy. To help with this, we offer refunds on clothing within 14 days of your order. Please see details below:
Please contact us within 14 days of your order for a refund, after that we offer store credit for up to 30 days after your order is placed. Please note: we are unable to accept returns of any kind after 30 days.
Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.
Damaged items must be reported within three days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns on damaged items after three days.
We offer returns on jewelry, handbags, scarves, and other accessory items for store credit only; if they are damaged or defective, then a full refund is available.
We stand by our product, if there are any damages or true defects we will make them right. Please note: variations of color and texture in fabrics, etc. is part of the normal art of the garment and are not to be considered defects.
